Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu

• Altitude: 4,300 ft
• Arrival, hotel check-in, and trek briefing.

Day 2 – Drive to Ramechhap → Fly to Lukla → Trek to Phakding

• Altitude: 8,500 ft
• Trek Distance: 7 km
• Duration: 4–5 hours
• Scenic mountain flight to Lukla followed by trek to Phakding.

Day 3 – Phakding → Namche Bazaar

• Altitude: 11,500 ft

Day 4 – Acclimatization at Namche
