Day 1 – Arrival → Moshi

• Altitude: 2,600 ft
• Drive Distance: 42 km
• Duration: 1 hour
• Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Moshi. Pre-climb briefing and gear check.

Day 2 – Moshi → Machame Gate → Machame Camp

• Altitude: 9,800 ft
• Trek Distance: 11 km
• Duration: 5–6 hours
• Begin trek through lush rainforest trails to reach Machame Camp.

Day 3 – Machame Camp → Shira Camp

• Altitude: 12,500 ft
• Trek Distance: 5–6 km
• Duration: 4–5 hours
• Ascend into moorland terrain with expansive mountain views.

Day 4 – Shira → Lava Tower → Barranco Camp
