Welcome to Peak Paradise! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your booking with us. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your spot.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, and by completing a payment, you accept our No Refunds Policy.
- No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment is made. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming.
2. Eligibility and Health Requirements
- All participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
- You acknowledge that trekking at high altitudes requires a certain level of fitness and health. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically and physically fit for the trek.
- Peak Paradise reserves the right to request medical clearance or deny participation if health conditions are a concern.
3. Personal Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgment
- Adventure trekking involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you accept these risks and agree that Peak Paradise is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the trek.
- You are responsible for following all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our guides.
4. Insurance Requirement
- All participants are required to have travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuations, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
- You must provide proof of insurance before the trek begins.
5. Force Majeure and Changes
- Peak Paradise reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any trek due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
- In case of such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative dates or adjust the itinerary. No refunds will be issued for modifications or rescheduling due to force majeure events.
6. Changes to Itinerary
- The trekking itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, terrain conditions, or other factors. Our guides will make all efforts to adhere to the planned schedule, but flexibility is required.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other trekkers, guides, local communities, and the environment.
- Any behavior deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the trek without a refund.
8. Personal Belongings and Liability
- You are responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings during the trek.
- Peak Paradise is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
9. Photography and Media Release
- By participating in the trek, you grant Peak Paradise permission to use photos and videos taken during the trek for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Peak Paradise, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury incurred as a result of participation in our trekking experiences.
- You agree to waive any legal claims against Peak Paradise for injuries, losses, or damages related to the trek.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with local laws and jurisdiction.
