Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all trips, tours, and experiences offered by Peak Paradise. We encourage you to be certain of your travel plans before completing your booking.

2. Finality of Payment

All payments made through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay, are final. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms and confirm your commitment to the booking.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits and Full Payments

All deposits, as well as full payments made towards any Peak Paradise booking, are non-refundable. This policy applies to both initial deposits and any remaining balance paid prior to the trip.

4. Changes and Rescheduling

While refunds are not permitted, if you are unable to attend, you may contact us regarding rescheduling or potential transfer of your booking to another participant. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. Force Majeure Events

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, Peak Paradise may need to modify or reschedule your booking. In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and offer alternative dates, if possible.
