1. No Cancellation or Refunds

Due to the extensive planning and arrangements required for our trips, all bookings with Peak Paradise are final. Once payment has been made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on our trek.
  • All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway, Razorpay.

3. Changes to Booking

While cancellations are not allowed, if you need to make any adjustments to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability, but we cannot guarantee any modifications to your original booking.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other emergencies beyond our control), Peak Paradise may have to reschedule or alter your booking. In such cases:

  • We will offer alternative dates for your trip, if possible.
  • No refunds will be issued for such changes, but we will work to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

5. Booking Transfer

If you are unable to participate in the trek, you may transfer your booking to another individual with advance notice and our prior approval. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to transfer your booking.
